Gunmen shot to death a 25-year-old-man, identified as Sabo Yusuf and abducted his mother with his junior brother.
A 25-year-old-man, identified as Sabo Yusuf was reported killed by the gunmen in Birnin Kudu Local Government Area of Jigawa State, with his brother and mother abducted.
It was learnt that the gunmen stormed the House of one, Alhaji Abubakar of Kawo Quarters, in Birnin kudu town, killed one of his sons, and disappeared, with one of his wife and an eight-year-old boy.
The spokesman of Police in the State, ASP Z.I. Aminudeen, confirmed the incident to the Newsmen, adding that the incident happened at exactly 3:25 am, unknown gunmen attacked Abubakar in his house, shot to death one of his sons before disappearing with his wife and his other son.

He furthermore said, the victims, Sabo Yusuf was been rushed by the police to the Federal Medical Centre, Birnin Kudu hospital after the incidents happened, but was eventually confirmed to be dead by the medical doctor on duty.
Aminudeen said the police have been trying possible best to track the unknown gunmen and rescue the kidnapped victims.
