2. She follows a strict daily schedule that lasts from 08:00 to 23:00, when she is already in bed and asleep.
3. Her parents are Gretchen’s biggest influence in life. In 2019, she said they should celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary in 2020.
4. Her fiancé Slade Smiley underwent a vasectomy after children from 2 marriages. He and Gretchen decided to have children naturally which resulted in him having a vasectomy reversal and they attempted to conceive for approximately 18 months but failed.
5. Attempting to totally conceive for the first time via IVF, Gretchen lost 14 embryos about 6 hours before implantation, which left her depressed for a year and a half.
6. Gretchen said the process of IVF and trying to conceive was very tedious and nerve wracking because they pumped her full of hormones.
7. As a result of IVF treatment, Gretchen gained at least 10 pounds in weight and developed cellulite all over her body, although she’s never had it before.
8. She has a dog named Remi at her home in Orange County, California, USA. According to Gretchen, her dog is invaluable when she’s in a bad mood and frustrated about something.
