Glen attended Walton High School which is based in Marietta, Georgia where he started playing basketball. Glen then continued his passion for playing basketball in college. He began playing for Georgia Tech University in 2009. Glen peaked for him while at Georgia Tech with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in the March 2, 2010 deciding game against Clemson. After his college basketball career, Glen went on to be selected in the 2013 NBA draft by the Philadelphia 76ers. He was selected in the second round with the 35th overall pick. His professional career began later in 2012 when he played shooting guard/forward for the NBA Development Leagues Rio Grande Valley Vipers. He played excellently while he was there. Glen managed to average 25 points, 9.5 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 2 blocks and 2 steals in the playoffs. In the D-League Finals, Glen went on to average 29 points, 11.5 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 3.5 blocks. He was later fired by the Vipers. On July 8, 2013, Glen moved on to play for the Washington Wizards and played exceptionally well there. Later in the 2014 season, the Washington Wizards transferred Glen to the Iowa Energy. Later, on January 28, 2014, Glen was called up by the Wizards as well because he managed to average 24.3 points, 10.3 rebounds, 2.7 blocks, and 2.0 steals in the three NBA Development League games. This turned out to be more of a rehab task for Glen than a demotion. Again, on February 27, 2014, he was reassigned to the Iowa Energy and later, on April 5, 2014, he returned to the Wizards. Once again, on November 20, 2014, Glen was assigned to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, where he played not long. Finally, on January 7, 2015, Glen was waived by the Washington Wizards. Glen decided to join the Vipers once again on January 12, 2015. He currently plays fantastically with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
