Gia Sandhu is an actress who currently resides in Toronto, Canada, where she was born. Her parents are from India, therefore she spent some of her early years there. She has Indian, Canadian, and British citizenship and is of Indian origin.
Her father works for a publishing company, while her mother is employed by the city of Toronto. Lisa Ray, a Canadian actress, is her aunt. She spent a year studying at the University of Victoria after high school.
