Personal trainer

Georgia is a big fan of Pilates, boxing and yoga to maintain her exemplary physique. She also often uses fitness apps on her smartphone to track her progress.

Her favorite breakfast items are poached eggs and for a snack she often drinks/eats yogurt and dried mango. For lunch, Georgia selects a high-protein meal to recover from training and build muscle mass. This is often fish like salmon, tuna or a poke bowl in combination with a large salad.

For dinner, she eats fish again, but combines it with complex carbohydrates like sweet potatoes and healthy, low-calorie foods like asparagus. Although Georgia is always on top form, there’s nothing wrong with having dark chocolate or a glass of red wine at night to unwind after a long, stressful day.

Due to a busy schedule, Georgia hit the gym in 2019 to make up for lost time and was coached by Erika Anderson. A typical leg workout consisted of exercises like:

  • Medicine Ball Slam Burpees x 10
  • Slide board side lunges x 10
  • Side carriage x 20
  • Hip Kidnapper x 20
  • Band toe tap x 10
  • Single Leg Bosu Ball x 10

She often repeats this cycle at least three times, and often more, to increase the intensity.
