Just to give us some eye-watering cash, our top actresses earn prestige Forbes magazine has compiled a list of the highest earning actresses of 2014. In the list there are some old names that appear on such lists year after year and even after crossing the youth threshold and still manage to make millions because of their years of acting skills and good reputation. There are also some newcomers who wake up with huge earning potential due to their beauty and skill. Last but not least, it’s the gorgeous actresses who have been in the industry for years but have only just achieved long overdue fame.

Sandra Bullock – $51 million
Riding the immense success of sci-fi drama ‘Gravity’, Sandra Bullock was the highest-grossing actress of 2014 at US$51 million. The film grossed US$716 million at the box office worldwide and was also picked up by the much appreciated by critics. Bullock was praised for making the film a success thanks to her virtuoso acting and strong on-screen presence. She was richly rewarded for her performance by the film producers. She was paid $10 million for her role in the second installment of The Hunger Games franchise, which was a she raised $500,000 and was paid for the first film in the series.
