American Basketball player Dylan Gonzalezez recently accused the famous American Singer, Tremaine Neverson, popularly known as Trey Songs of raping her in a nightclub in 2018. Here is everything we know about Dylan Gonzalez Rape Case Against Trey Songs

Gonzalez made the accusation in a Twitter post on the 31st of December 2021. She alleged that the actor raped her at a “well-known hotel” in Las Vegas in the United States.

“Trey Songz is a rapist. Lord forgive me I couldn’t hold that in another year. See you in 2022,” she wrote.

Not relenting on her accusations, Gonzalez took to her Instagram page on Tuesday to note that she would not stop speaking up despite the criticisms coming her way. She further stated that she is going to be taking legal against the singer.

She wrote: “With what seems like endlessly recurring news of the alleged sexual assaults committed by Trey Songz, I am forced to repeatedly relive in my mind, and suffer anew, the long-suppressed horror and unbearable PTSD of my rape by his very hands at a well-known Las Vegas Hotel.” 

“I want to send my love, strength and hope to all who are victims of sexual assault and its fatal nature. You are not alone. I stand with you and encourage all those who have suffered abuse to speak out and come forward. Suppression of our voices only emboldens our oppressors, and you cannot heal what you do not reveal.

“At this time, I humbly request my privacy, consideration and compassion while I fully commit to pursue the best course of action and all of my legal options. Gracias Mi Gente, Dyl.”

The Singer has however denied the allegations through one of his representatives, who told TMZ that the matter is  being investigated and  is confident that Trey Songz would be cleared of the allegations

He said: “Trey and his team are confident in the legal process and that there will be an abundance of exonerating information to come over the next few weeks.”

Dylan Gonzalez’s legal team, George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell told the PEOPLE Magzine that they will be taking action against Songz in the coming weeks and are in the process of formally filing the litigation.

Dylan Gonzalez Rape case Against Trey Songs is not the first accusation against the singer, Her lawyers Vrabeck and Mitchell are also representing Jahaura Jeffries, who publicly identified herself and alleges that Songz sexually assaulted her at a nightclub in Miami in 2018.

In November 2021, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed that they had received “a report of a sexual assault incident alleged to have occurred at a hotel in the 3700 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard” involving  Trey Songz.  Dylan however stated that her allegations are separate from that incident.

Prior to that, A woman identified as Aliza accused the singer in August 2020 of allegedly urinating on her without her consent during an otherwise consensual sexual encounter.  The singer however denied the allegations in a series of tweets, calling Aliza’s accusations “convenient” for someone who seeks to “destroy someone’s life.”

In 2017, The popular singer and Actress Keke Palmer alleged that Trey Songz used “sexual intimidation” to make her appear in a music video of his, claiming that he secretly filmed her and put her in a music video against her wishes.

Trey Songz addressing Keke Palmer’s allegations on Instagram wrote: “So sorry for those that believe everything without knowing anything. However, I cannot devote my life to responding to, or clearing up every side of every story you hear about me, when would I actually live? I know my character, I know my truth, I know my heart. God does too.”
