EMILIO BUALE: HIS AGE, HIS NATIONALITY AND WHY HE IS FAMOUS

Ludwig Emilio Buale Coka, his full name, was born in 1972 in Equatorial Guinea. It must be remembered that the African country was a Spanish colony until 1968 and that its language, to this day, continues to be Spanish.

At only seven years old, he moved to Madrid with his entire family, specifically to the town of Móstoles. There he grew up and at the age of 22 became a Madrid firefighter after passing the opposition, a job in which he continues

was born on November 26, 1972 in Equatorial Guinea. When he was 7 years old, his family moved to Móstoles, Madrid, Spain. In 1994, he managed to obtain a position by opposition as a firefighter for the Madrid City Council, a position that he continues to develop today.

Parallel to his work, he has carved out an interesting career as an actor in theatre, series and cinema. His first important role was in Bwana, a film for which he was nominated for a Goya Award for Best New Actor.

From that moment on, his career experienced an important boost due to his popularity and roles came in films and series such as: ‘Ours’, ‘La piel azul’, ‘Cazadores de hombres’, ‘Amar en Tiempos revueltos’, ‘REC 4 ‘ and ‘Myrtle’.

Recently, viewers have been able to see him in titles  such as ‘Madres, amor y vida’ , broadcast on Telecinco. On digital platforms we have been able to see him in ‘El Hoyo’, on Netflix; and in ‘El Cid’, the Amazon Prime Video blockbuster.

Furthermore, he belongs to the Compañía Nacional de Teatro Clásico, which has led him to take part in productions such as: ‘De ratones y hombres’, ‘Tirano Banderas’, ‘Razas’ and Marat-Sade’
