The rising star was born on November 4, 1993, in Hickory, North Carolina, United States. He is the son of parents Todd Starkey and Josi Ballard Hutto. But his parents divorced when he was a child and later his mother married a guy named Brian Hutto. He has three siblings: Mackayla, Brooke and Lo.
Regarding his education, he attended St. Stephens High School in Hickory, North Carolina and then Western Carolina University. Moving towards his profession, he began his acting career in 2014 from a short film The Radical Nortion of Gene Mutation. He also appeared in other movies like Lost Soles, Up the Hill, American Animals, The Hate U Give, Just Mercy and The Devil All the Time.
He made his first appearance on television in 2017 in an episode of the series Mercy Street. Since then, he’s had minor and guest roles in numerous series and dramas, including Ozark, Valor, Good Behavior, The Resident, Doom Patrol, and recurring roles on Scream: Resurrection.
