American rapper, songwriter, audio engineer, record producer, and entrepreneur, Andre Romelle Young professionally Known as Dr. Dre is officially single as Judge signed off Divorce case with his ex-wife, Nicole Young.

According to TMZ an international gossip site, The judge signed off on the music mogul’s request to become officially divorced from Nicole Young but the ex-couple will have to battle over the validity of the prenup, which will determine their property settlement.

According to other reports, Nicole wants the prenup to be declared null and void, and also claims Dre agreed he would not enforce it. Dr. Dre claims that this never happened and that the prenuptial agreement is unbreakable.

Dr. Dre who had earlier requested a divorce from Nicole in March said that his split from Nicole had reached the point of no return.

The contentious split has dragged on through abuse claims, diss tracks, and allegations of mistresses and love children. This was when Nicole decided that she had enough and wanted out.

“His long-term abuse must be a factor that the court takes into account in awarding support and fees,” she added in the filing according to Entertainment Tonight.

Nicole said Dr. Dre should pay for all of her bills in the same way he did throughout their marriage. But now, Dre and Nicole are at least officially single in the eyes of the law.

In similar news, American media personality, Kim Kardashian, has taken to social media to celebrate Kanye West, her estranged husband, on the occasion of his 44th birthday — amid ongoing talks about divorce.

Kim had in February filed for divorce from her estranged husband — about seven years after they tied the knot.

The pair later agreed to have joint custody of their four children together — North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2 — with neither of them needing spousal support.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, the 40-year-old shared a loved-up photo of the family to celebrate West alongside a note wherein she reiterated her love for him.

“Happy birthday. Love you for life!” the post read.
