Dorra Zarrouk (in Arabic: درة زروق), was born on January 13, 1980, is a Tunisian actress. She began her career as a model, then joined a theater troupe. In 2002, she began her career in Tunisian television in a series of tales. Dorra is best known for having played the role of “Samia Neji” in the television series Maktoub, broadcast on Ettounisya TV. She also participates in many foreign productions. She settled in Egypt, where she is known as Dorra . Consequently, Dorra Zarrouk was elected as the most beautiful Tunisian woman in 2012 by the readership of the Tunisian webzine Belle.tn.

Tunisian actress Dorra Zarrouk, who has lived in Egypt for years, has become one of the most famous actresses in the Arab world. She began her career in Tunisia as a model, then she joined a theater troupe. Dorra follows several drama courses and workshops with Fadhel Jaïbi and Nawal Skandrani, Tony Cots, Michel Kelemenis and many others. She is a very energetic and compatible actress, she is known for her talent and versatility.

Born of a Tunisian father of old stock and a mother from a wealthy family. His mother is the daughter of Ali Zouaoui, former governor of the Central Bank of Tunisia and president of Espérance Sportive de Tunis.
Dorra Zarrouk studied at the White Fathers high school in Tunis, where she obtained a literary baccalaureate with honors. In 2001, she obtained a master’s degree in law, specializing in political science, at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Tunis. In 2003, Dorra Zarrouk obtained a DEA in political science at Saint-Joseph University in Beirut. She defended her thesis entitled Palestinian refugees in Lebanon: issues of return and identity construction on September 23, 2003.

Tunisian actress Dorra Zarrouk got married to Egyptian architect and interior designer Hany Saad in El-Gouna, Egypt. The star turned to Lebanese fashion designer Zuhair Murad to design two of her wedding dresses.

Rumors have spread on social networks, following the marriage on November 2, 2020, of the Tunisian actress Dorra Zarrouk with an Egyptian, and according to which she would be his second wife (polygamy being legal in Egypt, editor’s note).
