-
I love athletics. As an athlete, I like to believe that I can still do the things I did when I was young.
- The majority of people who get into the sport of gymnastics don’t go to the Olympics or get a Division 1 scholarship, but that doesn’t mean they can’t get something positive out of the sport.
- Eleven is not an early age to watch the Olympics for a gymnast, as we normally peaked in high school. I first qualified for the Olympic team my sophomore year in high school, when I was 15 years old.
- It is important for moms, but also for dads, to recognize that they are role models when it comes to their children’s physical health, training and nutrition.
