Dominic Haakon Myrtvedt Purcell is an Australian national actor, best known for appearing in several hit television series such as Prison Break, John Doe, and Blade Trinity. Dominic was born in Wallasey, Merseyside and enrolled at Blaxland East Public School and St. Dominics College for his education. He later enrolled at McCarthy Catholic College for his education and also studied acting at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. He began his career as a landscape gardener and later found success as an actor. His debut film role was as Troy Nelson in the 1999 film First Daughter. Following this, he landed the role of Ulrich in Mission Impossible II and Mark in Scenes of Crime. He then appeared in the 2002 film Equilibrium and Visitors in the 2003 film.
