1. Make water your friend-
It might seem odd that you need to drink more water when you’re feeling the most bloated, puffy and full, but the more water you drink, the better. 4. Body Exercise
If you want to be relieved of your menstrual pain, get in some exercise, but light exercise during your period can help increase your blood flow which can help relieve period pains
5. Birth Control pill
Birth control pills are also helpful during the menstrual period. Consider cramp relief a benefit to some types of contraception. Many women find relief from painful cramps when they start the pill.
