Early life, biography and education of DJ Duffey
DJ Duffey was born on August 25, 1988 in Texas, United States. His father was in the military, while his mother used to play college basketball. He is in the family of athletes, as his older brother played college football and his younger brother accepted an offer to play quarterback at Texas Tech.
Duffy attended Mansfield Summit High School, where she joined the girls’ basketball team that won four state championships. She and she then went on to study at the University of Texas at Arlington and played Division 1 basketball for four years.

DJ Duffey started his career working for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and had barely any money in his account at the time. He later moved to Dallas along with his youngest son and eventually became close with a popular Dallas DJ, DJ ASAP.
After long days at work and being a full-time mom, Duffey subsequently began practicing four to five hours a night and decided to put her all into becoming a full-time DJ. Little by little she was performing for 300 people in one night. She quickly succeeded in establishing her name in Dallas and began to gain national recognition as well.
Along with his uncle, a professor at the University of Houston, Duffey also published a book in 2016 called Why We Didn’t Choose You Vol. 3 . As of 2018, she is working on a headphone line with Dallas creative director Don Smith.
Duffey worked as the official Currensy DJ as well as spinning for Amber Rose SlutWalk in 2015.

Right after graduation, DJ Duffey married NFL player Brian Jackson at the age of 21. Together with her ex-husband, she moved to New York. The couple welcomed their first child, a boy.
