“Casava has undergone significant development,” said Pedro, “from our client base to our product offerings, but most importantly we are actively bridging the knowledge and accessibility gaps that present in the ecosystem, making insurance accessible, inexpensive, valuable, and relevant. By streamlining the claims process and making insurance more user-friendly, we are revolutionizing the way people interact with insurance and enabling our clients to live happy, successful lives.
The winner of the InsurTech of the Year Award was chosen based on the criteria that the business must be fully licensed to operate by Nigeria’s insurance regulator, NAICOM, and must be a cutting-edge technology company that enhances, extends, or replaces a conventional approach to meeting the needs of insurance customers, according to the statement.
Real customer needs must also be addressed by the company’s solutions and products in order to truly innovate the insurance sector.
