Dhafer El Abidine  (  ظافر العابدين ), was born on November 26, 1972 in Tunis, is a Tunisian actor. He began his career as a model for the Parisian agency Metropolitan. As early as 2002, he launched an acting career in the UK. He made his first television appearance playing a role in the British series Dream Team. But it is thanks to his role as Mohamed Ali Néji (Dali), in the Tunisian soap opera Maktoub by Sami Fehri , that he became super famous in Tunisia. Various brands then choose it to promote their products, such as Boga and Hamadi Abid.. The actor is also enjoying success in Egypt, starring in a number of soap operas there.
