Personal trainer

Daniel Radcliffe has not hired a coach. He himself does his exercises and would like to have a body like Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese soccer player. So he goes to the gym regularly, does circuit training, lots of crunches and sit-ups.

He also focuses on his diet. He eats a GI (Glycemic Index) diet and avoids junk foods like pizza and chocolates, which are his favorite foods. But he knows he needs to look slim and fit. Since he’s not very tall, a little bit of fat would reflect more off his body. To this end, he also drank beer to avoid consuming as many calories as possible.
