What is a Dangerous and Safe City?

The most dangerous cities in Europe are cities with high crime scores of  69.45. This is a worse situation than Mexico City or So Paulo, Brazil.

Low crime rates are found in cities with a crime index value of less than 20. Examples of cities with index values below 20 are Zurich, Bern, Lugano, and Funchal in Portugal.
