Cristiano Ronaldo has agreed to a £173 million per year contract with Saudi Arabia’s Al Nassr. They both reach a record-breaking contract worth £172.9 million annually.
The 37-year-contract old’s with Manchester United was terminated earlier this month as a result of a rocky relationship with the club’s management that got even worse after he made several contentious claims in a TV interview with Piers Morgan.
And now, according to Daily Mail, Ronaldo is rumored to have sensationally signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with Al Nassr – earning an eye-watering £172.9million per year – that will see him play until the age of 40.
However, sources in Spain today suggest that the “dizzying sums” have been negotiated. Sources close to the former Real Madrid and Juventus superstar insist that no deal has been inked and that Ronaldo is still concentrating on the World Cup with his country.
