Just like Germans, Irish people are known for their drinking bliss, they have one of the best and most famous drinks in the world, Irish Whiskey, and the popular Guinness beer. Meanwhile, on average an Irish person consumes about 12.75 liters of alcohol per year and more. Irish people have a rich culture that goes along with drinking alcohol, it is cultural and there are remembrance days that are celebrated by drinking beer, like the popular saint Patrick’s day and more.
7. Spain – 12.67 Liters

10. Luxembourg – 12.45 Liters
Lastly, Luxembourg takes the last spot on this list, the tiny European country is among the highest consumer of alcohol as well as the richest country in the world.
