Bleu’s personal trainer is Chad Lander, also the owner of Push Private Fitness in North Hollywood. He has been working with him since Bleu was 18 years old. Working with Chad, Bleu was able to drop his weight from 170 pounds to 156 pounds.

For his appearance on Dancing With the Stars, Bleu wanted to look slimmer, so he took the Badehilfe – a bath in which three to four bags of Epson salts are dissolved in hot water. Four to six bottles of 16 ounce alcohol are also added to this solution. The task is to stay in the tub of hot salt water for as long as possible. Corbin did and had an immediate weight loss. He lost 7 pounds of body weight from 156 to 149 pounds in just one night. That’s pretty instant.

This weight loss is due to the body losing water. Two-thirds of a person’s body weight is due to water. And this solution removes the water from the body. Approximately 3% water loss from the body is risk-free. This weight loss occurs because the salt concentration in the tub is higher than that in the skin. And so the water flows from the skin into the tub to make it more diluted (or less concentrated). This process is called osmosis. The alcohol is added to this solution to prevent water from re-entering the body.
