Clare Peploé (born 1942) is a British Tanzanian director, screenwriter and producer. As a screenwriter, he made films such as “Couples and Thieves” (1970), “La Luna” (1979) and “The Triumph of Love” (2001).
His film “The Triumph of Live” was presented at the Venice Film Festival. Later, he did it in the Golden Lion Award nominations. In addition, he worked as a screenwriter with Bernardo Bertolucci
