Christon Staples was born on December 26 , 1986 in Los Angeles, California under the birth sign of Capricorn.
Staples is a professional dumper. Previously, he was involved in corporate jobs in Detroit and later emailed an exhibition basketball team, the Harlem Globetrotters after getting bored with his corporate jobs. He then got called up by the club and started visiting various places with the club. While playing for the club, he was nicknamed Suave .
After being involved with the club for months, he decided to try a new acting career. He stated,
”[The Globetrotters] zoom out I’m going to let myself get off tour for something that wasn’t a big-budget movie even though it was with a well-known director. So I had to make a tough decision because I couldn’t do both. I had to take a step back and think about my career at the time. I had great success with the Globetrotters and was making strides as far as branding myself and getting my name out there. I decided to take a chance and quit the Globetrotters and try acting and make this movie.
In 2017, Staples worked on his first sports drama film. Slamma Jamma directed by Timothy A. Chey . In the film, he played the role of Michael Diggs, a promising former basketball player preparing for a national diving competition after serving six years in prison for a crime he did not commit.
Also, in 2016, he won a charity Dunk Fest after jumping over a moving Chevrollette Corvette and also over four children before doing a 360-degree spin. Before being a contestant on The Bachelorette, Staples traveled to various cities and countries to show off his dunking skills and tricks.
