He lost over 60 pounds in 2014 using the Paleo low-carb diet and CrossFit exercises. Chris ate a high-protein diet that included fish, chicken, and natural fat products like avocado, fresh fruit, and non-starchy vegetables. To avoid dehydration, Chris also drank plenty of water each day. He has also done swimming, running, boxing and P90X.
