Cheryl Howard (born December 23, 1953) is an American actress and author from Glendale, California. She is popularly recognized for her work in films like Splash (1984), Ransom (1996), A Beautiful Mind, and Angels & Demons (2009). Furthermore, Cheryl is also known as the wife of Ron Howard.

As a writer, she wrote several books such as “In Jinn’s Face: A Novel”, “Grandma, Tell Me a Story: Devotional Stories for Farm Children”, “Heart and Desire” etc.
