BIOGRAPHY OF CASSIDY FREEMAN
Cassidy Freeman is an American actress and professional artist. She is famous for her two film roles as Tess Mercer in the CW drama Smallville and as Candy Longmire in the movie Longmire.

Cassidy attended Latin School in Chicago and later joined Magna cum laude Middlebury College in 2005. She graduated from Middlebury College with degrees in theater and Spanish.
CASSIDY FREEMAN ACTING CAREER
Freeman has appeared in several films and television series such as Yellow Brick Road which was written and directed by Andy Mitton and Jesse Holland. She portrayed the character, Veronica Sharpe, in the award-winning short film Razor Sharp for Best Action Film 2007 at the Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival. In September 2008, she joined the cast of The CW Superman-inspired drama Smallville. She took on the role of Tess Mercer following the departure of Lex Luthor from Michael Rosenbaum and continued in that role until the show ended in May 2011.
Freeman has also appeared three times in the CBS crime drama franchise CSI. In October 2009, she appeared in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation season 10, episode four, titled “Coup de Grace”. In September 2011, she appeared in CSI: NY season 8, episode one titled “Indelible”. She appeared on Vampire Diaries in March 2012 on Crime Scene Investigation 1015 seasons.
