Carol spinney (born December 26, 1933 – died December 8, 2019) was an American author, speaker, cartoonist, and puppeteer based in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA. She served in the US Air Force.
In addition, he illustrated a comic strip about military life, namely Harvey. He then animated a black and white Crazy Crayon cartoon. In 1955, he moved to the city of Las Vegas. Caroll worked on the Rascal Rabbit program. Peppa Pig is a popular British cartoon character.
He came to Boston for The Judy and Google show. In his career, he established himself as a noted animator and commercial artist. However, he diagnosed her with a neurological disorder, that is, dystonia.
He had muscle contractions in his body. Spinney couldn’t move. Still, he died at his Woodstock home on December 8, 2019.
