Fleming is the daughter of Niels Krabbe Iuel-Brockdorff and Margaretha Jeul-Brockdorff. She has a sister named Louise Eleonora Kathleen Luel-Brockdorff.
But, most importantly, Caroline is part of the royal family of Denmark. The Flemings family is one of the oldest families in Denmark. She grew up as a Danish baroness. Fleming followed in her mother’s footsteps to pursue a modeling career, as her mother had a successful career before her marriage.

Flamingo’s husband is the nephew of Ian Fleming, author and creator of James Bond. The couple is blessed with two children, Alexander William Fleming and Josephine Margaretha Victoria Fleming. Later, Caroline and Rory broke up in 2008.
The same year, Fleming began dating Nicklas Bendtner with whom she has a son, Nico. Nicklas Bendtner is a Danish footballer who plays as a striker for the Norwegian club Rosenborg and the Denmark national team.
