Toned legs workout routine

- Single Leg Squat – 15 reps on each side
- Side Curtsey – 15 reps on each side
- Plie with a calf raise – 15 reps on each side
You can also use a fitness ball to intensify the exercises.
Cameron Diaz gets that physique by incorporating it into your exercise routine, the combination of – Pilates, cardio, and strength training. Basically, cardio is a very important part of training. “Cardio should be built into our routine three to five times a week,” says Teddy Bass.
Cameron Diaz trains 5 times a week from Monday to Friday .
Cardio-Routine
Cameron’s cardio session involves high-intensity exercise and some rest, meaning she alternates between exercise and rest.
Here’s an example of a cardiovascular workout you can do:
Run on the treadmill first.
- Walk for 60 seconds.
- jog for 30 seconds.
- Walk for 60 seconds.
- jog for 30 seconds.
Keep doing this for 15 minutes. So, by alternating between, you can burn more fat and control your metabolic rate.
Cameron Diaz goes to the gym as often as possible, and when she’s short on time, she only does Pilates for 45 minutes. But when time allows, she also works out with weights and flexibility.
Teddy Bass says he forces Cameron Diaz to do a series of exercises – step by step with a back lunge, squat with a curtsey, glide side lunge, side lunge to curtsy narrow squats with a head press.
Armtraining
Cameron Diaz has nice arms which she got from the following workout by Teddy Bass.
- Reverse Flies – 15 to 20 reps
- Tricep Pushbacks – 10 reps per arm
- Bicep curls – 15 to 20 reps
