Caleb McLaughlin is an American actor. He is a multi-talented singer and dancer trained in ballet, tap and jazz. He began his career on the Broadway stage playing Simba in the musical The Lion King. He also plays Lucas Sinclair in the Netflix series Stranger Things.
McLaughlin is a multi-talented actor, singer and dancer, trained in ballet, tap and jazz. Caleb made his Broadway debut as Young Simba in The Lion King on Broadway, 2012-2014. Caleb starred in the Off-Broadway show, Painted Rocks at Revolver Creek, written and directed by Athol Fugard.

He made his television debut from an American procedural, legal and crime drama television series, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as Boy. He then appeared in several television series including Unforgettable (2013), Forever (2013), What would you do? (2015) and Shades of Blue (2016)
His career exploded in 2016 after he was cast as Lucas Sinclair in Strangers Things. That year he also played small roles in the television programs “Shades of Blue” and “Blue Bloods”. In 2017, McLaughlin played Ricky Bell in “The New Edition Story” miniseries. In the same year, he also directed two music videos. After that, he voiced Young Gary in an episode of the television series “Final Space”. Currently, the American actor is filming some of his upcoming projects.
