- Joanne Wood – Busta Rhymes’ relationship with his former girlfriend Joanne Wood was firmly in the news in 2002, when they entered a custody battle that would drag on for over half a decade. During the course of their relationship, Wood had given birth to his sons. T’Ziah was born in 1993. He was followed by T’Khi in 1999 and Trillian in 2001. In December 2005, a New York court decided to give Rhymes custody of their three children because they felt they were a better parent. Their feud didn’t end there, however, as Rhymes hurled abuse at her at his events. Wood, who had come out as a lesbian, bizarrely claimed Rhymes hated her so much because she loved women more than him.

Busta Rhymes is one of the best rappers and he keeps it up due to his dedicated workout routine which dictates that he works out in the gym at least 3 times a week. Even when he’s busy with work, he manages to hit the gym 4 days a week.
When he’s less busy, he exercises 5 to 6 days a week. He loves heavy lifting. He often changes his workouts to get more out of his body.
The cardio sessions are performed almost daily. For cardio, however, he doesn’t go to the gym or work with his personal trainer, Victor Martinez. Instead, he does it at his house. He doesn’t like running for cardio as it prevents him from growing tall. Instead, he prefers to go for a walk or ride a bike. He also occasionally does cardio while lifting weights at the gym. He rides his bike for about 10 minutes between two weightlifting exercises.
When it comes to nutrition, he eats about 4500 calories a day. The focus is on eating tons of protein. When he needs to consume carbohydrates, he eats a sweet potato or a handful of rice. He generally eats bison, turkey patties, sautéed asparagus, steamed broccoli, sautéed spinach, salmon, tilapia, and sometimes a steak.
In all, he has three large meals, all back to back. He follows with three high-protein shakes. He also drinks about a gallon of water throughout the day.
