Levin began his on-air career as a late night and before long moved to the morning show in 1985 on Rochester’s WCMF (96.5), under the name ‘Sibling Wease’. His show, titled “The Brother Wease Morning Circus,” was among the most notable shows in the Rochester market.

He also hosted a Saturday music show called “Radio Free Wease”. He was forced out of that show and the station in January 2008 when his contract expired as the station was sold from CBS Radio Rally to Entercom Communications.

Levin and officials at station owner Entercom Communications tried not to negotiate another contract, however. His co-stayed on and took over the show, which was renamed ‘The Break Room’.

Shortly after leaving WCMF, Levin accepted a sales manager position at Clear Channel Communications due to a “non-compete” clause in his previous contract. At that time, he returned to the airwaves on November 17, 2008 on WFXF “95.1 THE FOX” with another supporting cast, including female co-star Lilly Hisenaj (a while ago on Ron and Fez Show of XM), Jamie Lissow, local Rochester stand-up comic and executive producer of the morning show Anthony Caiazzo. This new incarnation is called “The Wease Show”.
