Personal trainer

Brooke works out regularly and is a fitness freak. In a 2015 interview, she revealed that she traveled a lot, making it difficult to keep up with a workout regimen. The one item she always kept in her bag was a skipping rope, which she swore burned lots of calories and improved heart and lung health. She also mentioned that a hotel is the best place for lunge work.

On her cheating days, she liked to have some wine, chocolate, and greasy food. She said that since she works out a lot, she can afford more than one cheat day a week. If she thought she had cheated for too many days, the best way to get back on track was to get up early the next morning and train.

She also revealed that it was difficult to find good food while she was out, so she used to carry protein supplements with her. Brooke also avoided heavy pasta and bread as they made her bloated. She also suggested drinking plenty of water.
