The entrepreneur was born on November 6, 1987 in Houston, Texas, United States. She was born into a wealthy family where her father worked in real estate development. Her mother worked as Enron and has a sister Natalie grew up in Lincoln Park in north Chicago.

For her education, she attended elementary school in Chicago and then transferred to Phillips Academy Andover in Boston. She went on to study at the University of Edinburgh and Middlesex University as well as in Hong Kong, and earned certificates at the World Bank Institute and the US Institute of Peace. She joined Cambridge Analytica after her family experienced a family financial problem.

During this time, she also served as director of program development for the company between 2014 and 2018. After that, she was embroiled in the Facebook-Cambridge Analytica data scandal and then Kaiser fled to Thailand. Subsequently, she testified in the UK Parliament about Cambridge Analytica and the privacy threats posed by Facebook. Then in April 2018, she launched a Facebook campaign calling for transparency named #OwnYourData.

Additionally, she became one of the subjects of the Netflix documentary ‘The Great Hack’, following her work at Cambridge Analytica. In June 2019, she was appointed to the advisory board of Phunware during the Trump 2020 campaign. She has also published internal Cambridge Analytica documents since New Year’s Day 2020, related to election material in Brazil, Kenya and in Malaysia.
