Brian May, CBE is an English musician, singer, songwriter, astrophysicist, animal rights activist and photographer popularly known as the lead guitarist of rock band Queen. He was born Brian Harold May on July 19, 1947 in Hampton, London, UK.

FREDDIE MERCURYBRIAN MAY
Freddie Mercury was a British singer and songwriter as well as a producer. He was also co-founder of Queen, a rock band, alongside May and Roger Taylor. He was the band’s lead singer and had written several songs for Queen before he died. Some of the songs include: ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, ‘Killer Queen’, ‘Somebody to Love’, ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’, ‘Crazy Little Thing Called Love’ and ‘We Are the Champions’. He died on November 24, 1991, of complications from AIDS.

Roger Taylor is also co-founder of Brian’s rock band, Queen, of which he is the drummer. He is an English multi-instrumentalist, musician, singer and songwriter. He has contributed to albums released by Queen as a songwriter with at least one track on each album.

Brian and Kelly Ellis form a singing duo. Kerry Jane Ellis is an English singer and actress. They met in 2002 and he encouraged her to audition for ‘We Will Rock You (WWRY)’, their musical jukebox for which she got the role of Meat and the only new number on the show: ‘No -One but You (Only the Good Die Young)”.
They released two albums, the first being Acoustic by Candlelight, a live album, and Golden Days as their second album. It was released on April 7, 2017 and reached number 27 on the UK Albums Chart.
Brian also produced her debut studio album under the title Anthems as well as the song “Behind these Walls” which she performed on Broadway at Times Square for the musical’s 5th anniversary celebration on Broadway.
BRIAN MAY HEART ATTACK
May was taken to hospital by her doctor after suffering a heart attack. In recent times, the famous guitarist has suffered from serious heart problems which he said he “could have died of”. Earlier in May, he injured his buttocks in his garden. May had an MRI which confirmed he had a tear in his gluteus maximus which he assumed the pain was due to the injury.
After the MRI, May was still in pain which led to another MRI on her spine which showed a compressed sciatic nerve. May confirmed that the nerve was severely compressed, which made her feel like someone was sticking a screwdriver into her back. May suffered a heart attack while still suffering from pain in her buttocks. His doctor driver took him to hospital where he was found to have three clogged arteries and was treated by medics as an ’emergency case’.
May along with singer Adam Lambert and drummer Roger Taylor have collaborated and released ‘You Are The Champions’ which is a new version of Queen’s famous song ‘We Are the Champions’ in honor of frontline workers fighting the coronavirus. They intend to channel all proceeds to the World Health Organization (WHO) Covid-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
