Following the directive of the Kaduna state government to reward anybody who will tender NLC president, over 100 armed hoodlums have invaded the premises of the Nigeria Labour Congress in the state.

The hoodlums were said to storm the premises on Wednesday morning to further disrupt protests in the state.
Moreso, when contacted, the state’s Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Mohammed Jalige confirmed the report.

According to him, some residents supporting the state government stormed the premises to interrupt the ongoing protest.
“We have been able to arrest some of them and investigation is ongoing to that effect,” the PPRO added.
Recall that thugs had also yesterday tried to disrupt the activities of the protesters by hurling stones at them before they were chased away by security operatives.
The protest held at the NEPA roundabout along Ahmadu Bello Way later continued after the attack.
