He eats 7 seven meals a day and takes about 400 grams of protein. Before starting his cardio at 6:45 in the morning, he has a cup of coffee. He wakes up at 6:30 a.m., does cardio at 6:45 a.m. and starts strength training at 10:00 a.m.
Even in the off-season, he pretty much sticks to his competition diet. But in the off-season, Branch does a lot of pasta and pizza once a week.
