Rob Iger is an American business executive who serves as Executive Chairman of The Walt Disney Company. From 2005 to 2020 he was CEO. Prior to working for Disney, Iger served from 1994 to 1995 as President of ABC Television and from 1995 as President/COO of Capital Cities/ABC, Inc. until Disney acquired the company in 1996.

He was elected president and chief operating officer of Disney in 2000, then replaced Michael Eisner as CEO in 2005 after Roy E.
