Blair Erwin Underwood, better known as Blair Underwood is an American television, film, theater actor and director. He was born on August 25, 1964 in Tacoma, Washington, USA.
He is the son of Marilyn Ann Scales and Frank Eugene Underwood. He attended Petersburg High School in Petersburg, Virginia and then went to Carnegie Mellon School of Drama located in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.

After his film debut Krush Groove, Underwood’s 1985 appearance on The Cosby Show landed him a brief stint on the ABC drama One Life to Live as Bobby Blue, which ultimately prompted his presentation on the arrangement. televised LA Law, where he introduced himself. from 1987 to 1994. In 2010, Underwood portrayed Saint Mark’s work in The Truth and Life Dramatized Audio New Testament Bible, a 22-hour, superstar-voiced, completely sensationalized sound New Testament for RSV-CE performance. In 2012, he took on Stanley’s lead role in the Broadway restoration of A Streetcar Named Desire.
In 2013, Underwood took on the role of Robert Ironside in the revamp of the successful 1960s television arrangement Ironside, put on the map by the late Raymond Burr. The show was dropped after three scenes.
