Victoria Anne Simmons was born on September 26, 2006. She was born premature and weighed four pounds at birth. She was born via caesarean section. Her actual birth weight was four pounds five ounces, while a normal baby’s weight ranges from 5.5 to 7.5 pounds.
The boy was born with a birth defect known as an omphalocele. The defect caused the baby’s bodily organs to grow outside of her body and she died shortly after her birth on the same day.
