Tony Dungy was born on October 6, 1955 as Anthony Kevin ‘Tony’ Dungy and his current age is 60 years old. Tony was born in Jackson, Michigan, United States. Tony was born the son of mother Cleomae Dungy and father Wilbur Dungy. Tony grew up in Jackson along with his family. He belongs to the American nationality and his ethnicity is white. Tony has two sisters and a brother named Sherrilyn Sims, Lauren Dungy-Poythress, and Linden Dungy.

In 1996, Dungy was hired as the NFL head coach for a team then known for its lack of success at the time the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tony spent several seasons with the team and accomplished a lot for his team. And he retired on January 12, 2009, after Jim Caldwell was chosen as the new head coach of the Indianapolis Colts team.
