Her first job as a broadcast meteorologist started in 2010. She worked at KMID-TV Big 2 News from November 2010 to June 2011. After that, she worked as a broadcast meteorologist and reporter for KTAB/KRBC from June 2011 to January 2011. 2013 and WSFA 12 News from January 2013 to April 2014.

Monica loves the snow and says her Connecticut blizzard coverage was extremely memorable for her. She also said that the drought that hit Texas impacted her the most. She was her first full-time meteorologist position and the drought was the worst in recorded Texas history. One of the things that caught his eye was the power of the wind after covering a forest fire that devastated a large part of the land.

He loves going to the beaches in the summer and skiing on the slopes in the winter. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she loves to return to the state often to spend time with her family, but her work has tied her to Connecticut. Not much is known about her net worth and her family, but it is known that she is married.
