Mike Myers was born as Michael John Myers on May 25, 1963 in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. He was born the son of father Eric Myers and mother Alice E. Hind . His father used to work as an insurance agent and his mother was a Royal Air Force veteran.
Myers has two older brothers, namely Paul Myers who is a rock singer-songwriter, broadcaster and author and Peter Myers , who is an employee of Sears Canada.
Mike Myers attended Sir John A. MacDonald Collegiate Institute located in Scarborough. He earned his graduate degree from Stephen Leacock Collegiate Institute. Mike joined Second City Theater in 1986.
Initially, Myers appeared in commercials. He along with Gilda Radner did a commercial for British Columbia Hydro at the age of 10.
