Lis Wiehl is a familiar face in the American television industry and was also an Associate Professor at the University of Washington School of Law. She previously worked as a legal analyst for Fox News. She is currently an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School. Furthermore, a well-known media personality, she has also appeared on several rated television shows such as The O’Reilly Factor , Your World with Neil Cavuto , The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly , and Lou Dobbs Tonight .
Early life, biography and education of Lis Wiehl
Lis Wiehl was born on November 28, 1961 , in Washington DC, United States. She is a daughter of Dick Wiehl who worked as an FBI agent and a Danish mother. That’s why she brought the family where crimes and investigations are part of her life. She also has a brother named Christopher Wiehl .
Wiehl studied at West Valley High School in Yakima. After his studies, he attended Barnard College and earned his bachelor’s degree in 1983.
Subsequently at the University of Queensland in 1985, he received his Master of Arts and Literature. She also did her Juris Doctor in 1987 from Harvard Law School. She is a very educated person.
Wiehl is an American national and with respect to her ethnicity, she is a white American.
Lis Wiehl’s professional career
From the beginning, Lis Wiehl had a clear vision of what would become in the coming future. She began working as a prosecutor in the United States Attorney’s office. She later became a legal correspondent for NPR’s All Things Considered
Wiehl was also a litigation associate for the Perkins Cole law firm. He also has experience working as a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney’s office, where he served for five long years.
Wiehl also served as the top deputy director of minority research for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during the Clinton impeachment trial. In 2000, she worked for NBC as a legal analyst for two months.
Later, he joined CBS as a legal analyst. She landed her job as a tenured professor of law at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she worked for more than six years between 1995 and 2001 and directed the Court Advocacy Program.
But due to some differences between them, they got divorced in the year 2012. It is so unfair to have a separation despite mutual love and sharing the same profession. The couple also have two children, a daughter named Danielle London and a son Jacob London . She is currently not officially dating anyone.
