Kim Wayans is an American actress, producer, comedian, writer, and director. She is known for her role on the Fox sketch comedy show In Living Color from 1990 to 1994 and won the groundbreaking show.
Early age and education
Kim Wayans was born as Kim N. Wayans on October 16, 1961 in New York City. He belongs to North African ethnicity and has an American nationality.
Wayans is the daughter of her father, Howell Stouten Wayans, a super marketing manager, and her mother, Elvira Alethia, a homemaker and social worker. Her family was committed to the Jehovah’s Witness religion.
Wayans is the sister of Dwayne Wayans, Keenen Ivory Wayans , Damon Wayans, Shawan Wayans. Everyone is an American actor. She even has four sisters named Vonnie, Elvira, Nadia, Diedre. Her sister Nadia is also an American actress.
Wayans joined Seward Park High School. Later, for his higher education, he enrolled at Wesleyan University.

Kim Wayans made her Cathy debut as Charlene Andrews in 1986. The following year, she appeared in the television series A Different World as Allison Guisewite from 1987 to 1988.

Kim Wayans married the love of her life Kevin Knotts. Before, the couple dated for so many years and then decided to get married. They are busy with her work, so to date they have no children.
Kim’s husband is a white man and she is also popular for interracial marriages. She said that she does not want children because she is from a large family and does not feel the need.
The couple currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
Kim and her husband Kevin have co-written the book called Amy Hodgepodge about a multiracial girl adjusting to life in public school after years of homeschooling for a Children’s series.
