Early life and education

Deborah Norville was born on August 8, 1958 in Dalton Georgia. Norville also won her hometown’s local Junior Miss pageant. Norville graduated from the University of Georgia, receiving summa in three years with a perfect 4.0 grade point average. She was also named First Graduate with Honor and was chosen for Phi Beta Kappa. In addition, he also has a degree in Journalism. While at the University of Georgia, he served on the University’s Chief Student Judiciary Court.
