David James Elliott is a Canadian actor who rose to fame after playing the role of Harman Rabb Jr. in the NCIS legal drama television series Me . David James Elliott was born David Williams Smith in Milton, Ontario, Canada on September 21, 1960. He is the son of Patricia Smith and Arnold Smith .
His father was a wholesale heating and plumbing contractor, while his mother was an office manager. He was raised together with two brothers.
Elliott attended Milton District High School, but dropped out of college as a senior to join a band. At the age of 19, he returned to the university to finish his studies.
After graduating from Milton District High School, he enrolled at Ryerson University in Toronto, where he completed his graduation in 1982.
Later, he went to the Stratford Shakespearean Festival in Ontario. She has Canadian nationality and belongs to the white ethnic group.
