He made his film debut, playing Max, in the 2016 action-adventure comedy film, Max Ride . The film is an adaptation of the web series of the same name created by James Patterson .
In 2018, Evans played Yvette in the drama film. She ranked for Rock Steady, alongside Riley Geis, Logan Huffman, and Heston Horwin and Tom McLoughlin , among others. The film premiered at the 2018 Slamdance Film Festival and won the Audience Award and the Grand Jury Prize for Best Narrative Feature.
