Billy Miller (born; William John Miller II) is an American actor born September 17, 1979 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. He is popularly known for his role as Billy Abbott on CBS’ The Young and the Restless, which earned him three Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
